Stunningly beautiful hotel, I truly enjoyed its excellent location.

The whole place was fairly clean and the staff were helpful. Had reasonably large and huge room with private bathroom and a safe box, multi-channel TV, and a mini-fridge-bar. It opened onto mountain.

Spacious room with an awesome view of the ocean, plus a nice shower. the staff are really helpful and friendly, and they know a lot about this place. the pool is clean, and there's parking nearby! 🏊‍♂️

My wife and I were on the 6th floor with a beautiful view of the ocean. We went during the week, so it was much quieter than on the weekend when the pool is packed and it's hard to get a chair on the beach. It was not modern, but it was very clean and comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful time.

We loved the view of the beach, boats and restarants that pepper the coast. The view is beautiful during the day and at night. And during the when we went swimming in the pool in the evening there we often only a couple other people. It was very romantic. (Weekends it¨s packed with children having fun--great for families).

My stay at this venue was great, the place was clean and beautiful, the staff was very friendly, and it's located in a wonderful spot away from the hustle and bustle.

We had an amazing time at a hotel in Acapulco! The hotel's location was perfect, situated away from the busy strip and offering beautiful views of the ocean. The staff was friendly and helpful, we had a comfortable stay. The room had a large terrace with a kitchenette, and they even provided us with complimentary water, fruit, and wine. The hotel had two swimming pools, one fresh water and one salt water, both with great deck areas for sunbathing. The restaurant served delicious food at reasonable prices, with breakfast being a particular highlight. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay in Acapulco.

The tours/ticket assistance provided by the hotel made it easy for me to explore all the amazing attractions in the area. The room amenities were also excellent, with air conditioning, a mini-bar, a sitting area, and a terrace. I never had to worry about the safety of my belongings thanks to the in-room safe. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, and the flat-screen TV and telephone added to the comfort of my stay. The dining options at the restaurant were outstanding, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax and unwind. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always went out of their way to ensure that I had a memorable experience. The leisure facilities, including the swimming pool and beach access, were superb. Great view with fantastic sunsets and beach access. Close to the main attractions in the area, making it easy to visit them. the pool area was relaxing and a good place to spend some time and unwind.

The room size was a bit too small for my liking, and the parking had some issues. It was available for an extra cost, but it was located across a busy street, which was inconvenient.

We stayed in a hotel located in a tumultuous neighborhood of Acapulco. It had a small beach, but it was overcrowded with people. The hotel was near Playa Caleta and had access to a convenience store. The rooms were basic, but we managed to switch to an oceanview room with a large balcony and a great view of the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with any request.

The hotel was in need of repair and had some ongoing construction work.
